One of the only chances for ages 5+ to come enjoy an open gym. Get you energy flowing! Practice your moves!

The instructor will default to open play but will be able to instruct and assist people who want to learn something more.

Learn something in class that you want to practice? This is your time to share the gym and work on what you want. All Open Gyms are supervised by an instructor and require a certain level of situational awareness in order to maintain a safe training environment.

Classes

Beginner II/Intermediate I

Beg II/ Inter I

Mixed class with the idea that you can push yourself further in to the next level.

Intermediate Parkour I
Expand on moves and techniques learned in Beg. II and learn a new ones in order to take the next step.




Intermediate I/II

Continue technical instruction, learn intermediate movements, and begin working on building strength and fluidity. It is highly suggested that students at this level be taking a minimum of 2 classes per week for the purposes of retention and building strength in order to move on to the next level.

Intermediate II/Advanced PK

Begin to train concepts while refining technical skills. Occasional themes of speed and evasion will be introduced in the class. A blend of different high-level challenges and techniques that should challenge you.



Flips I & II

Prerequisites: Beginner Parkour II students and above.


Flips I
Learn front, back and side flips as well as a few variations of things already covered in Intro to Freerunning.

Flips II
Expand on all flips and add different elements that was covered in Flips I





Intro To Freerunning/Flips I

Intro to Freerunning
Introduce students to Freerunning and movements that will help them learn all of the Flips I material in a safe and familiar manner.

Prerequisites: Orange Band, Beginner Parkour II students and above.

The instructor will move students up between Intro to Freerunning and Flips 1 when they are ready to advance.

Flips I
Learn front, back and side flips as well as a few variations of things already covered in Intro to Freerunning. Please see and meet additional prerequisites for this class before attending.



Jr. Parkour (Ages 5-7)

Once students pass Jr Parkour they are allowed to join the normal schedule before they are 8 years old.

Class Size: 10 students

*Parents are required to be present for the duration of class.



Beginner I & II (16+)

Age specific (16+) The beginning of your parkour journey! Beg. I and Beg. II students combine but with slight differences befitting of the level requirements.

Learn basic parkour techniques while developing body awareness, movement skill and strength. Each class will focus on repetition of a specific technique like the roll, wall climb and basic vaults. Revolution Parkour classes have a warm-up, cool down, technique of the day, obstacle course and a strong focus on safety.

Equipment:
Students are not required to bring their own Nerf weaponry for use in our Nerf-friendly setting, but they can if they want. Subject to the instructor.

Ammo Loss: Expect to lose between 20%-35% of your ammo (or possibly more) due to activity, stepping on, or misplacing items.
Weapon Limit: Only bring the weapons you plan to use (up to 2 maximum).
